hi guys! i have an interest in buying a tv tuner for my windowsxp pc. i was looking at several products including ATI'S VE Wonder, WinTV Go TV, and AverTV. i know there's more out there. my computer has a geforce4 ti4200, and so those AGP All-In-Wonders are out of the question. anyways, i want one that has the ability to have time recording and a sort of tv-guide menu to see what shows are on. my budget is 70 dollars and below. so can any of you guys have some suggestions on which tv tuner pci card that i could get for the most bang for my buck?
 
This question has been asked and answered a million times over, just hunt around or do a search on this site and overwhelming hits will return....
