What is the best/most powerful PCI videocard out there?

Fastest I've seen that is readily available would be either Radeon 9250 or GF5200. Anybody else see something faster?

Here's a 5900, but I think it is a prototype or something because I can't find it for sale.

better than the 5700le. 5600.
Has 325mhz core vs. 250, and 550 mem(I think) vs. 400. Both cards have 4 pixel pipes.
