Best PCI-E Video Card Sub $100 ?

I'm building a budget gaming machine based on an Asus A8N-SLI Deluxe mobo (PCI-E, SLI). I'm looking for the best bang for the buck video card at or below $100. I don't intend to go the SLI route ever, but who knows! I don't mind refurbs and I don't mind overclocking. At the moment I'm considering a refurb 6600GT, but I'm not all sure.

Suggestions welcome!

Of course if you can get a 6600GT for under $100, get it (if you're ok with buying refurbs). Otherwise, this X700 Prowould be your best bet.
