Best pc3200 memory to overclock?

I got an opteron 165, and my value ram sure isnt cuting it for overclocking. I need some good ram that wont limit my overclocking abilities, and I want it to be really good quality. Ive got about 250 to spend maybe.. (need to sell my 3200 winchester and 4 sticks of 512) Also... Any good ideas on a good-realy good psu for under 100 bucks? 500-600 watts

EDIT:
Ive looked around and I dont really know alot about the overclocking part of ram, BUT the following look alrite. Id like an opinion on the power supply, and which ram looks better? Is there anything better than that?

PSU:

RAM:

the platinum looks to be better o/c but idunno, theres no reviews on the gold stuff

Buy some G.Skill HZ's, they're $200; OC to around ~270Mhz.. and the best part?
2x1GB sticks :]

Best bang-for-buck, IMO. Best RAM I've ever owned.

If you're going for a 1GB kit (Which I'm highly opposed to) there's no substitute for the EL Platinum Rev. 2 🙂

(Note though--It's PC4000--just higher-speed RAM. Better, actually, considering you're overclocking.)

Edit:
Fixed for clarity

2 GB sticks? These usually cost a fortune, if you can find them. I think you mean 2 GB matched pairs. If not, please please provide me with a link for best bang-for-buck 2 GB sticks.

Well I dont know if my mobo will support a 2 gig stick. Is it faster than dual channel o/c ram? Idunno if an a8n-sli premium supports pc4000.
EDIT:
Newegg has pc2100 2 gig sticks for 300 bucks and their pc 3200 is whew.... like 500 bucks. What the heck are you talking about??

Ah!
Sorry guys, I did mean 2GB matched pairs--
2GB Kits, not sticks.

Ok, well back on topic, what do you think about the platinum memory? anything better? What about the PSU?
EDIT:
Yes, if you would have clicked the links you would have seen those are 2 gig matched pairs

Go after the G.Skill HZ's (Kit I linked to) or the Platinum you linked to.

The G.Skills will probably hit a higher OC, but the timings won't be as tight.
(According to DFI-S though, timings don't matter much, raw speed is more important.)

Going by the XS database here (On the OC levels)

Can't head to Newegg--It's blocked on my school's computers.

Monarch isn't...TankGuys isn't.. but Newegg is.
Sorry!
