best PC configuration for mechanical softwares like hypermesh abaqus analysis and Pro

Looking to buy an desktop pc to run the softwares like hypermesh abaqus analysis and Pro-E. I want to know which PC configuratio I should go for better performance and low price investment.

I have no idea what those programs like CPU, GPU, RAM, storage I/O, network I/O. Could you post something more?
If it's more like CAD than I3 + H55 and 4GB RAM is a good cost/performance deal
