Best passive cooling video board?

I need help selecting a video card. But I want one with passive cooling; no cooling fan.

I do not do any gaming, over-clocking, or any of that. This is strictly for a home office PC.

I'm thinking 128mb will be more than enough RAM. The card also has to be able to support a resolution of 1680 x 1050 and include a DVI connection. Also, it needs to be PCI-Express 16.

Any sugggestions?

there are MANY MANY cards with only a heatsink. look at the x300se and the 6200tc. some have heatsinks, some don't. they're around $50.
