Best P4 Overclocking board?

Which chipset would be beter.......i845PE/i845GE? And which board? I just ordered a P4 2.4B C1 from atacom and some Cosair DDR400 from newegg. Plan on using retail cooling. My goal is 2.9GHZ+..............so which board?🙂

I have to vote for the Epox 4PEA+ I have it and love it. Lots of OCing features.
