Best P4 overclock for the money?

What's the best P4 overclock price / performance wise. Back when I built my current system it was the PIII 700e with an Asus CUSL2. Almost guaranteed 933 mhz and rock stable. I'm looking at doing something similar again this time around. I've been considering a 1.8, 2.0, 2.4 etc. Are the 400 mhz bus (the a) processors an easier overclock, like the 100 mhz 700's were? IE bump the bus to 133 (or 533 in this case) and get the easy stable overclock? I am considering an ASUS P4B533 board this time, what else should I consider? I want network, sound, USB 2.0 and video (for backup) on board. Also room for an 80mm heatsink like the Alpha 8942 would be nice..

I am not going for the highest overclock like the boys are with their 1.7m's, I want my usb and sound to still work, but I want to push it up to that limit (around 150fsb I guess). What memory will serve this purpose best?

I am definitely going Intel this time, I just want a little direction on the CPU, MB and memory. Thanks for your help. :)

*any hints on where to buy these items or get a C1 processor are appreciated. PM ok

I built one of these for a client last week:

ASUS P4GE
P4 1.8A
256 mb Corsair XME 3200
WD 80GB SE
Abit Ti 4200 OTES

This has all the features you required (network, sound, USB 2.0 and video on board). Runs at 2400
(18 X 133) right out of the box and memory @ 355 mhz all at default voltage with AGP/PCI locked at 66/33.

The system ran rock solid at 2700 (18 X 150), but since the system was for his girlfriend I eased it back to 2400. All the component were purchased from Newegg.
