Best P4 MOBO+CPU Package under $300?!?!

Best overclocking combo:

Intel Pentium 4 2.53GHZ $209 OEM - THis is from fry's, people are recieving the VID C1 steppings and have been hitting 3.4GHZ+ easily. (outpost.com)
Motherboard- Gigabyte Sis 655 Dual Channel Motherboard -$100 (from mwave.com)

Another option:

Albatron i845PE board-$80, very good overclocker, but lacks Dual DDR/firewire/etc.
