best overclocking tool?

I've been using ATITool .25beta 14, but i'm not getting very good overclocking yields (about 650 core and 750 mem) and it's very unstable. Even when switching to mild overclocks, it sometimes freezes up. Is there any other overclocking utils out there for ati cards that lets you also control the fan speed and are a bit more stable than atitool with these newer gen cards? The overdrive in CCC doesn't even work on my card for some reason. Everytime i try to apply the new settings, the clocks never change
