I currently have an Asus A8N-E from the AMD tech tour and it doesn't seem to be overclocker friendly. I want to swap my 3200+ for a 3000+ so I would like something that gets ~300fsb.

This is just a tad over your budget at $112 shipped but this is arguably THE best overclocking 939 mobo available right now. This is almost exactly the same motherboard as the DFI nF4 Ultra-D is but it's got some locked features that you can easily mod to enable (SATA-II and SLI) and it doesn't have a second gigabit lan port. For more info on this board, go read some at DFI-Street.
:)

edit: btw, I'm not qualified to say this is the best one. Just saying it's an option and one of the aguably best boards you can buy according to people's posts here. I ordered this and it should be arriving tomorrow.
