It`s a great board for the price but you`ve some capacitors pretty close to the cpu area,I would personally go for the Abit NF7-S V2 board.

yeah but for the price of that i can get the albatron board and a stick of 256 pc-3200....

The Albatron will always be cheaper, all I can suggest is you look around for best possible prices for the two boards ,then decide for yourself which one you really want.

DFI infinity or lanpart, i heard these go up to 240-250fsb on average, i saw a guy with 275fsb over at amdmb.com forums.

i have about 5 abit nf7-s mobos, they are good quality and overclocks nicely, up to about 220-225 fsb. for $95 bucks, get the DFI infinity.
