Best overclocking NF4 board?

It'll be between the MSI K8N Neo4 Platinum and DFI LanParty UT NF4 Ultra-D, the Neo4 at t-break achieved a 370fsb overclock and somewhere i saw the DFI board was able to reach 350fsb, also will be good for cpu overclocking.
