Best overclocking, most stable motherboard under $125?

I'm building a new system and I'm curious what the general opinion is on the best board in the $75-$125 range. I'm planning on getting the Opteron 165 or the 3700+ San Diego core...depends on if I can get the extra $100 to get the Opteron.

I'm looking for stability and reliability first and overclocking potential second. I'd probably only be looking to take the Opteron to 2.2-2.4ish, so I don't really need anything ridiculous.

Anyways, thanks for the advice!

For Socket 939, I use (and highly recommend) the EPoX 9NPA+ motherboard... overclocks extremely well, and has a pretty good feature set as well. My only problem with it has been with the integrated audio, but that's minor.

DFI Ultra-D barely fits at the upper end of your price range.

Biostar Tforce6100-939 barely fits at the lower end of your price range.

I own them both and they are both very stable and very overclockable.

There is no need to crank on the FSB when working with the 3700 CPU. Look for a passively cooled board. I'd probably give the nod to the BIOSTAR.

Is biostar a good brand nowadays? They've been around for a long time but I don't recall them ever being very highly regarded before.

kn8-ultra or the kn8-sli. Both can push 300+ fsb reasonably well.
