Best out of 3

I know arctic silver is the best, but right now I only have 3 different brands of thermal paste; and I was wondering which one is the best out of these 3:

GEIL Copper Thermal Paste

Vantec Thermal Paste

Arctic Cooling Silicone Paste

Also which is best for my CPU (AMD 64 3000+ Venice)

and which is best for my video card (Radeon 9800XT)

any comments would be helpful, thanks!

In my Opinion it doesn`t matter.

There is no such thing as the best thermal paste. Contrary to what you have read.

Some will say there is...others like me will say we have used several including AS5 and after the burn in period ther was no difference!

IMO you should see for yourself.
Use one burn it in and check the temps, then take it apart and use the other.
