Best OTC Budget Gaming Computer?

My nephew wants a gaming computer. I don't want to help him "build" one because I will end up being his 24/7 tech support! What do you recommend for an OTC gaming computer that won't break the bank? Dell, HP, etc? Something that will give him tech support... Any specific models? Problems to watch out for? etc?

He mainly wants to play Arma 3, etc...

One of the cheapest options is for you to wait for a 20% off sale at Dell Outlet (they have one every month or so) and try to snag one of their cheap XPS 8500 or 8700 configurations with an i5. I've seen them for well under $500 after coupon. Then add an aftermarket GTX 750 Ti to it.
