best os for varios task

i have three pc and three os's to choose from.
which one do install on each pc. (one os per pc). ME,Win98se,Win2k

system onefor surfing / backup) no complaints

celeron 300a on micronics lx board 64mb 2.1gb diamond s450/16mb agp

system twolight gaming/ workhorse)solidly stable

k62450(ocd to 500)on soyo ema+ 128mb 6.4gb #9 sr9/32mb agp

system threetweak freak / oc demon)speedily unstable

K62+ 450(ocd to 560) on epox mvpg2 320mb 27gb diamond viperII/32mb

most of my games run great on the 2nd system

performance is limited on sys 1

3rd is erratic and crash prone.

this is a "what should i do" poll. your opinions or comments will be apprecieted.

Win 2K on all. If ya play older games on any go with 98SE. Stay away from WinME.

1 go with win98 because of the memory.
2 w2k
3 w2k move some of the memory to # 2.

Heck...if you already have a gaming system...then that is usually the ONLY reason people keep windows around.....There is no reason not to run Linux.
