love simply orange regular pulp free. i find juice in general to be overpriced, so if i get the simply at target it doesnt seem to cost any more. also, simplys lemonade w raspberry is fantastic...

lately though ive been on a kool-aid kick.

Any of the not from concentrate brands are fine with me. I really can't tell much difference between them (Simply, Tropicana, Florida's Natural). I usually just buy whichever is on sale.

Either Tropicana or Minute Maid in the Low Acid style. Much smoother and easier on my stomach than the regular. Great as a mixer too.

Simply OJ for me as well, but I will have to try the Costco Valencia ASAP. I couldn't imagine an OJ tasting better than Simply, but I never doubt Costco to kick it up a notch.

This. Probably the best you can find in main stream grocery stores IMHO. Doesn't include bitter ass Brazilian oranges like Tropicana, and they don't shoot themselves in the foot like Simple and bottle it in a transparent container.

Nothing beats fresh squeezed oranges as long as it's the right variety of orange and they are ripe. Short of that, I'll take Florida's Natural Grove Stand. OJ should have pulp in it - except if you're making a screwdriver, then pulp just makes it weird.


Minute Maid is total, unadulterated bullshit. Anything from concentrate shouldn't even be mentioned in this thread.

I have taken to drinking orange juice lately and have realized that there is a wide range of taste, consistency, and other attributes with orange juice.

My favorite is Simply Orange w/ calcium, although I think that all of the Simply Orange is awesome.

The worst is probably Minute Maid in my opinion, at least in the small bottles you find at a convenience store.

Yeah... I was surprised at how god-awful Minute Maid OJ is. Tastes like overly acidic orange filth with extra preservatives. I'd rather drink Sunny-D than that crap
