Best or List of socket 478 micro atx boards?

So I'm just trying to see what socket 478 micro atx boards are out there currently. Ideally it would have spdif out, Firewire, and gigabit ethernet, though I imagine having to settle for 2 out of 3 at best.

Can anyone point me to where such exists or a good place to read up on what is currently available. Thank you very much.
 
Actually to follow up, I found the abit IS-12 board seems like it would meet my needs, however it doesn't seem to be sold in most normal retailers. Would anyone know how to get one? Thanks.
 
Have not found your features on a mATX mb. The IS12 is only sold in large quantities, I would love to try that board, but I can't find it anywhere. The only gig ether mATX board out is the intel D865GLCK but intel has dumped firewire so there goes that requirment and one of your 3 precious PCI slots.

The DFI does not have gig ether, so it's not the kinda thing you'd want if that is a serious requirement. DOH
