Best options for selling desktop?

I have a desktop that I bought with an i5 3 years ago. It was upgraded with a new 1/2 tb ssd and a r9 280. What's my best bet for selling it? Thanks!
 
I wouldnt sell the 512GB SSD. It would be better to replace that with a smaller cheaper SSD, or a 1TB HDD.

You said it it is a Bet.

In general fully built computers are better sold locally because of the High price of shipping them.

Having expensive parts is a loss because no one that knows computers would buy an old computer and pay a price close to a New computer because of few expensive components in the old computer.

Try to see how much the components go on ebay, you probably would get more money from just selling the
