Best options for getting unlocked Android phone for ATT

I'm probably going to upgrade to iPhone 4 since I've been happy with that and I'm stuck with ATT.

I still would like an Android phone to mess around with for development purposes. It doesn't need to be the latest greatest phone since it will be a secondary phone, but I would like it to be unlocked so I can use it with my ATT sim card.

Any suggestions for places?

Buy a cheap unlocked G1 off eBay. Should be the cheapest Android phone since it was the first. It won't work with AT&T 3G but it'll do everything else just fine.
