Best one-time credit card number service?

Wondering what people think is the best (easy to use, free, effective) one-time, disposable credit card number service.

I've researched the AMEX Blue (which seems to require a smart card reader peripheral for your home computer?), and I've heard also of Discover (which I don't have), and PayPal (although I have not been able to find any information on their site).
Any others?

TIA!

Sorry if my searching skills are just woefully inadequate, but could you direct me to a link for the VISA one-time program? I cannot for the life of me find information on their site about it.
Is this a system that works for any VISA card, or does it depend on the bank you get it through?

Thanks for your help.

Between AMEX Blue and Discover, the AMEX system is FAR better. With AMEX, you can go online and get a number. All you do is enter your login/pass, choose your card, and click generate number (no smart card reader required unless you want it). With Discover, you have to install their software and jump through more hoops for a number. Personally, I haven't been able to get any merchant to accept the Discover one, even though my regular number would go through fine. Go figure.

Like quxio said you don't need a card reader for AMEX blue. It is what I use, but the choice I made to go with AMEX was done when they offered Price Matching.

I prefer not to have any software involved like the DiscoverCard uses, but I would base my choice now on interest rates and cashback amounts depending how the card will be used.
