Best On-Demand MP3 Stream Server?

Anybody know? Shoutcast and Streamsicle does not give me the option to fast forward and rewind = (

You could just use shoutcast to stream and then some winamp plugins to control playback.

Check out using Icecast with Oddsock OGG streamer. You can get the same quality with a lower bitrate.

Icecast will also handle WMA and LAME encoded mp3s.
