Dixie Sys is still my fav. AT used to be crazy over them 3 or so years ago but I'm still with them because any shortcoming they may have is outdone by their customer service. near 24/7 staffed IRC room for help, phone line, support tickets, helpdesk and FAQs, forums and even more FAQ's there plus its not unusual to have a chat with the big boss Gary on the forums/IRC.
And before someone pops in to say Dreamhost, let me say that their customer service sucks. I bought an account from them, got a reciept of payment from them via email, and thats it. I'd tried logging in to get started and the control panel said my account was "pending" for 24 hours with zero explanations even though my money already went through. Help Desk Tickets are replied to slow as hell too. No company should ever have more than a thousand support tickets awaiting response like they did last week.
