best o/c with all stock parts?

See sig for components. The best I've hit stable is 144FSB. (sync, PCI/AGP locked) Retail CPU...

Anybody do better w/o improvements in cooling/ etc?

What voltages are you running? Do you have access to a memory ratio control in the bios?

default voltages, 37c idle, (no load temp...)

tried bumping voltages (just a little) without any change. I assume that the stock cooling is holding me back, not willing to go very far. (no budget left, but would enjoy if could run completely stable at 145.)

i havent tried to o/c my 1.6 too much with the stock heatsink. i got stable 133fsb from 100 with the retail hs/fan @ 1.60 volts. with my avc sunflower i got up to 153fsb (2448mhz) @ 1.7V. It wouldnt run pcmark at this speed and it wasnt the most stable obviously. but i find the system to be rock solid @ 150fsb (2400mhz) @ 1.725V pc mark score is like 5840 up there and the memory score is 5250
