Best O/C Settings in SoftMenu III for getting most outta my Duron???

I have a Duron 700 and ABIT KT7. At this time I am using a 9.0 multiplier to get 900. I have an Alpha HS and good fan. I have tried upping my FSB and Voltage but can't seem to get more than 900 stable. Any suggestions on BIOS settings that might get me more then 900. I realize that I probably need better RAM because I am using Generic PC133 at this time but anything I'm not thinking about in Soft Menu III that might give me a little more?

If you RAM is iffy, I would recommend only playing with the multiplier and pushing up your voltage from there. Or, you can drop your ram interface down to 100 and push up the front side bus speed to about 111 and get near your GHz. But, if 900 is all you can get with a 100 MHz FSB and a 133 MHz DRAM, then that is it.

You have to realize that your duron 700 probally came from the same die as the duron 600. It is just that the 700 came from a better batch =]
