Best O/C method with tbird 1gig and Abit Kt7 raid?....help needed..Pwease

I want to o/c my 1 gig which is on a abit kt7 raid. NOT the new KT7A Raid. I have good memory (Kingmax PC150) and I have bridged the L1 thingies. I have successfully o/c using FSB at 5 and 6 but when I try using the multiplier higher than 10x100 it stays at 1000 or wont boot. If I try going any higher than 100/33 on the FSB/PCI it won't boot. I have read many articles on o/c this board but I am still unsuccessful. Any suggestions?
