Because they all use the same reference design for the most part, pretty much all 5900s will be on the same level in terms of performance. What you really need to look into is the quality of the output connectors on the card, then the included software and cable bundle. If I remember correctly, AnandTech did a comparison review of GeForce4 cards a while back and in that they had VisionTek as the company using the best output components on their cards (something nVidia doesn't really look into much when designing their reference card). Since VisionTek is no longer an nVidia card-manufacturer, and BFG picked up some of their staff, inventory, and production contacts, I would assume BFG's cards would have high-quality output components. I've owned a Gainward in the past and had no quips with its quality either. And though my XFX is holding up real well, I haven't had it long enough to say if there are any problems with the card quality over long-term use. Somebody else might be better suited to answer this question.

Peace

Provided that eVGA's 5900 Non-Ultras are still using 2.2ns memory (last time I heard they were) get the 5900.

Their 2.8ns parts are now being called SEs right on the box, and they are still much better then the 5700U not to mention they are currently shipping with Call of Duty(for $190 shipped from NewEgg).

If all prices were equal I would go with a Gainward board. MSI has a really nice software bundle, and PNY has a solid reputation, but my experience with Gainward's boards has been excellent. Prices aren't equal however and I am not sure that the added expense of the Gainward part is worth it versus the eVGA w/CoD(in fact, I rather doubt it).

I need to make a choice between:

eVGA 5900
400/850 Mhz
$225

Albatron 5900
405/810 Mhz
$209

Gainward 5900
400/850 Mhz
$229

All are from Newegg and have free s/h
Which one should I get?
All have 2.2 ns memory.

As far as nVidia cards, I've always had great luck with the Gainwards. They are typically MONSTER overclockers. I had a GF3 Ti200 that would hit 245 core / 560 mem. That said, I now run an ATI 9800pro but if I were to buy a 5900 it would definitely be a Gainward.
