Best nvidia card under $275

Some stuff that I want to do isnt ATI compatible. :brokenheart: Although I would like to get a 9700 Pro


Anyhow. ANything under $275 that performs along the same line as the 9700 pro??

Nope, the thing that is almost on the same line of the 9700pro is the 5800ultra, cept that is usually around the $300+range.

didnt rollo get his 5800 non ultra up to ultra speeds thru o/c?, if so you could get that 5800 and o/c it and it will be as good as a raddy 9700 pro

Look around for a 5800, it is fairly close to a 9700Pro in terms of speed and right around $275 at some locations.

Yes I did, and all the reviews I could find of the new design 5800s also did. If you're into AA/AF, I'd say the 9700Pro is the way to go. If you aren't the 5800s are a good deal, a lot more power than the 5600s.
