I find myself increasingly busy and finding time to eat breakfast, sometimes any meal, is a huge challenge. I'm interested in nutritional supplement/meal-replacement bars, but I'm not sure what to look for, what's bunk, or even how many one should consume per day.

This morning I had a PowerBar (Cookies and Cream) for breakfast. It tasted OK, but it kept me going all morning.

Are these things a bad idea? Or are they a viable way to give my busy body what it needs?

you can eat breakfast in like 3 minutes. You can't be THAT busy. Try spending less time on your hair and moreon your health.
