Tie between Downward Spiral and The Fragile for me...voted for The Fragile because I knew it wouldn't get as many votes.

The Fragile. I like the left cd more then the right cd. The Wretched maybe my favorite song.

Pretty Hate Machine followed by Downward Spiral. Just listened to a couple of songs from PHM today, and couldn't resist cranking the volume. Way better than Trent's new pop music.

PHM offers the best of almost the entire collection. Terrible Lie, Kinda I Want to, Head Like a Hole, Ringfinger.... The other albums are great as a whole, but each track on PHM can stand out on its own.

I remember buying Pretty Hate Machine on cassette back in 1989. Trent Reznor was in a few different bands in the mid 1980's in Cleveland. It wasn't uncommon to see him at one of the local clubs back then.

NIN played at the first Lollapalooza. The crowd went crazy and stormed the stage...it was so intense:beer:

damn I'm getting old...:(

Anyways, PHM is my favorite:thumbsup:
