best nf3 socket 939 mb?

Im still on an athlon xp and Ive been wanting to upgrade to a64 for a long time but i got a 6800 ultra not long ago so i'm not ready to move to pci-e yet.
I need a nf3 socket 939 based mb, good for overclocking and it can support X2s processors.
I was looking at the MSI K8N NEO2-F.
Any Suggestions?
