Are some manufacturer's better with BIOS updates for new processors than others? I'm going to need to buy a S939 NF3 Ultra board to go with my 6800GT. Which board/manufacturer would most likely give me the ability to drop in an X2 processor later?

Thanks,
CxP

they should all support it, epox should have the bios for the 9nda3+ series in the next couple weeks, they are pretty quick about release BIOS updates, MSI is slow

ABIT and ASUS should be pretty quick about updating their AV8 and A8V's I'd imagine

that shot is outdated Zebo, there's a new one on this thread, looks like only 4 SATA, not 8 like in that pic you had, Ram slots now crammed together, and some other minor changes. The shot on the thread I linked to is reported straight from Computex, so I figure its more like the final version than the older pic, but who knows.

That DFI board has already been released. Mwave and a few other sites have it. It's a bit buggy though. Check DFI-Street for more info.

A DFI motherboard's strength is in overclocking potential, not quality.
