Best Network Literature

So here is a little information about me and what I am looking for. I used to use this site for pc questions and you guys never let me down, so I am back. Well my background is RF and I just switched jobs to were most of the work I will be doing is dealing with networking. For the most part now I am currently going to just be dealing on the physical layer, and I have a great group of intellegent people to learn from but I want to start learning outside of work as well. What is the best book or website to start learning the ends and outs of networking? I have a decent understanding of routing and dns servers and other basics involved in networking but I would like some material that basically starts at the beginning and gives great information to start a solid foundation. Thanks
