Best music ripper?

I'm looking to rip my legal music from CDs into MP3s that I can put onto my iPod now that I'm trying to reorganize it for my car.

I have regular music CDs as well as CDs that I burned through Rhapsody and iTunes.
I need a program that can convert pretty much anything to MP3.

Any suggestions?

CDEX and its free. It also TAG's the songs so you know the names of them using the "Remote CD Database option" just put in a fake email in the options.
