I have a lapto running Celeron 1.5G, not a gamer, but interested in getting a clean output to my Grado headphone from laptop CD or DVD movie.

What is the best cost effective solution?, USB Sound Blaster Live! 24-bit External seems to be the only one under $100 range, anyone have suggestions?
