I know this is slightly off topic but bear with me. I just got a Plextor combo for my teenager and the Plextor burn software sucks. She wants to download tunes (most of which are unlistenable) from Kazza and burn them onto a CD. What's the best, easiest and most reliable program to use? Thanks for helping someone without a clue.

Be sure that you own the original if you're burning copies. ;)

I would highly recommend Nero for good CD Burning software. It's highly compatible with most every burner. There is a fee of course, but if you buy it, it's worth it. Free isn't always the best way to go.

Here's a link to a vendor that sells it. Be warned, I don't know this vendor and you might want to check their ratings...but the description and picture will give you an idea of what the product looks like. For other vendors do a search on google or your fav search engine for "Nero Burning Rom" 5.5 and later are the best versions. :)

Yup, Nero is by far the best. Drag and drop, hit burn and all done.
