Look for a Creative Zen Micro, i think those can be found under that pretty easily at 4-6GB. They might be replacing it with the more expensive 8GB photo micro model though. I have one, favorite things about it is, with Windows XP SP2, completly plug and play, didn't need to install anything, and it has a removable battery which is nice. Although I only average 10-12 hours of battery life on it, which seems kinda low.

Seconded.

dont be a fool and buy a nano, those things scratch like crazy!!

I'd go for a mini personally, on that budget. They can be had (both the 4 gb ones and the 6 gb ones) on ebay for well under $200 after shipping.

The iRiver H10 I recommended above is a really good deal. Its as cheap as, if not cheaper than, most other MicroDrive based MP3 players, has a color screen, plays WMA if that concerns you and is compatible with PlaysForSure subscription services, and has great sound quality. You won't be disappointed.
