Best Moving Company (East to West Coast)?

I need to move some furniture (3 antique pieces) from MI to CA.

What are the best, sensibly priced moving companies (sea, land, or rail) for such a job?....

if at all possible, wait until later in the year. Right now the industry is totally flooded with all the military moves and others. I worked it and after September is best.
Call a local agent near the origin and see if they can move it at their convenience to fill a load.
Expect to pay a minimum of 800~1000, if you can't get someone to work with you like that.
