They were pretty much the best movies of the whole decade, minus maybe LA Confidential and Good Will Hunting..and that's debatable.

#2 is Shawshank, #11 is Pulp (Forrest is down to #104)..only movie from the 90's higher than Pulp is Schindler's List (1993).

Interestingly looking further down the list you see Usual Suspects (1995) at #19 and Se7en (1995) at #44..and even further down you see the movie that started the whole Pixar revolution, Toy Story (1995).

That's quite an amazing stretch of movies from '93-'95.

Good Will Hunting was SSSSSOOOOO over-rated. There was absolutely nothing in that movie that made it a spectacular movie. I actually would probably never watch it a second time.

No it was not overrated.

Not a movie for everyone, but an absolute favorite among many.
 
Only 3 movies came out in 94 that are considered for this poll, im sure there must be other that could have made the list .

All 3 are great movies, I can't choose.
