Don't game much, just looking for something comfortable and reliable.

I've been looking at the MX518.

Logitech has some excellent mouses. You should try one out to make sure its comfortable. Walmart, Office Max, Circuit City etc. must have a sample so you can feel how one fits.

This mouse is larger. The trackball is very nice. You don't have to move the mouse. Some of my students/clients work their computers from their armchairs. Pretty nice mice.

Another vote for the MX1000, even for people whose hands isn't that big. I had the MX700 and the MX1000, and IMO, the latter is light years better than the former in terms of ergonomics. MX1000 fits like a friggen glove.

The MS wheel mouse opticals have pretty nice feel for larger hands. I've been happy with mine for years now.
