Best Motherbord for Atholon Chip

Which motherboard is the best for the AMD Atholon that uses regular ram (not DDR), has 4X AGP, and atleast 5 PCI slots. I also want it to support more that 500 megs of ram and have at least 3 Dim slots. It will also be good if the board is good for overclocking (Although not neccessary). I plan on getting a 1 ghz atholon. I heard that the ABit KA7 is a good, is this true? Do you think I should get that or a different motherboard? Any suggestions are welcome

I have two systems at home using the MSI K7T Turbo (one with RAID and one without) and they are great. Very stable and very good performance. Both machines are pushed pretty hard and run great. I have a K7T266 Pro-R and the stability is not as great. I have a friend I bought the Abit board for and from what he has said about it, I believe the MSI is the better board.
