Best motherboard/overclocking method for Athlon XP?

Anyone know what the "best" overclocking bundle for the Athlon XP is right now? I've read that Plycon.com's Trace Tape paired with a Shuttle AK31 Rev 3.1 will allow you to unlock and manipulate the multiplier from this review: Link ...

Can anyone confirm? I've also heard the ABIT KG7-RAID is a good choice for overclocking the Athlon XP, but I'd prefer to stay away from ABIT and go with a KT266A motherboard. The problem is that I've also heard reports that the EPoX KT166A board doesn't properly allow for the multiplier adjustment! I've also heard that the Athlon XP has 5 L1 bridges and the Plycon Trace Tape for the Thunderbird/Duron only has 4 "bridges" on the tape.. If this is true, can I just use the 4 "bridges" on the tape or do I need to take a 2nd piece of trace tape to cover the 5th bridge? I read on Plycon's page that their "Golden Socket" comes with new trace tape that has a 5th bridge on the tape, yet their Trace Tape page doesn't mention anything about it ...

Maybe I should just wait to upgrade until more details on overclocking the new XP's are out and prices stabilize ... I'm just impatient and would like to know what I should get to have the best overclocking potential (want to see if I can at least get a 1.53Ghz up to 1.66 or 1.8Ghz) :) .. Anyone have any recommendations for a good price/performance heatsink for the XP? I know the new XP's don't produce nearly as much heat, so maybe a decent $20 Globalwin heatsink would suffice? ... Not willing to do water cooling and can't afford a Vapochill :)

I think I'm going to get the new MSI KT266A board....no jumpers to change when clocking...all done through the Bios, also has USB 2.0 (for future use), and has done very good in reviews. The red color don't suck either! :D

Also has a mile of room around the processor....can use a PAL 8045 no problem....I'm thinking of using the stock hsf for a while until that Japanese Vapor cooler is availible....the price should be under $70. The cooler the better I think....
