I was looking at the striker extreme... but it 400$ is a little pricey for me, I will be watercooling, can you recommend something cheaper?

There is supposed to be a 680i roundup sometime next week (possibly p35), the stiker is around $300 now (in the US anyway), but from what people have been saying so far it appears that p35 boards can hit higher fsb's with the quads (though nvidia's new bios's which are the reason for the new roundup might change that). I say wait for the roundup next week (thats what I am doing). Also if you are going water, what block are you using, I am probably switching to a fuzion from my storm as storm realy was not designed for quads (or dual cores for that matter).

All the reviews I've read indicate that the Nvidia chipsets don't deal well with the quad cores. While the p35's tend to be able to really push the quad cores.

That being said, if you plan going SLI in the future or need more PCI-X bandwidth go for the nvidia or wait for the x38 chipset to hit mid August as the P35 has limited pci-x lanes.

Abit IP35-E is cheaper at $110. Mine is stable up to 488MHz FSB. Can't go higher cause the E6320 hits a FSB wall at 495MHz.
