Best Motherboard for Intel p4 3.0E prescott Socket 478?

I was given what i believe to be an Intel P4 3.0E Socket 478 CPU. I was wondering and searched this entire forum for best recommendation on motherboards for this CPU. I'd like the board to be stable and be able to overclock and have tons of features. If money wasn't a limiting factor what would the Top tier motherboards be and what would be Mid-ground tier?

I looked at what Asus had to offer and i think the best they had was the P4C800-e deluxe 875 chipset.... But i read a few reviews about it's stability, NIC and sound issues.

Anyways.. any recommendations is welcome. Thank you' =)
 
I thought I read that Abit was facing financial troubles... ?

About the Asus, i was looking at the p4p800 too and that was in my list of boards under consideration.

Thank you for the suggestions.. More opinions and other brand suggestions would be nice too =)
