Wondering if I should either get an MSI turbo or Abit Kt7a both non raid for a duron 700 setup?

I just bought 256 pc133 memory in the hopes to upgrade my aging system but also wanted to upgrade my board to an abit Sh6 and overclock.

my current machine is

CPU: Intel Pentium III 650MHz
Motherboard: ABIT BH6
Memory: 256 MB of Micron Crucial PC133
Video Card: ATI 32Mb DDR (Radeon)
Hard Drive: Western Digital 20.5 GB @ 7200 RPMS
NIC: Intel 10/100 Pro
SOUND: Soudblaster Live Xgamer

any information would be greatly appreciated thanks.

Ever try o/c to 133FSB on that Board. Otherwise stay with your current setup.

Well if it was me I'd ditch the slot setup either way.....Just sell off cpu\mb to offset the cost either way....If your gonna get a MB either way the combo would fund the CPU at least.... Sometimes the cheapest upgrade is the least logical one :) The price of the SH6 is basically the same as any other platform'd MB(socket370\A)....You just gotta decide if ya want to stay with Intel or go AMD....If ya go AMD go for the Birdy!!!

I don't trust my bh6 and the memory in it now to even attempt overclocking it, it was ok when I was ocing a 300a and this was top o the line but that was three years ago and this board is old and somewhat annoying.
