Best Motherboard for Athlon X2 and Legacy Parts?

I'm eager to get an Atlhon X2 but want to keep as much of my current equipment as possible. By that I mean my AGP video card, my multiple PATA hard drives, and my ATX PSU. I have no interest in PCI-E or SLI, and SATA is not big on my list. I assume my Kingston HyperX memory will be fine, as will my Antec ATX mid-tower case. So what are my options? AFAICS at the moment, an NF3 board might be my best bet. Something like an MSI K8N Neo2 perhaps. What are you guys planning to do with your X2?
