Best motherboard for a P4 3.0Ghz 800FSB (HT)

I have been having some problems with my Intel D875PBZ motherboard, its actually not a bad board, not the fastest because its INTEL obviously but not a bad board, but i've been having major problems with the on-board NIC and et cetera. So I figured since the CPU is still powerful I would just replace the motherboard and case in anticipation of the Nvidia 6800 cards that come out in a few weeks. Can anyone suggest a good motherboard?

Well, is the 875 chipset good? will I be able to use next generation processors with it? or am I basically stuck with a 3.0Ghz, although I cant see needing faster than a 3.0Ghz at the moment, everquest 2 is right around the corner.

The next gen processors will have a different pinout so will not be useable with any board available today - same goes for AMD.
