at this point of the game sell the agp card and get a whole new setup...

or go with asrock duo mobo and whatever the fastest chip u have money left for... to spend bux and be stuck with agp now is a losing proposition...

Get a MSI K8NGM2-FID or the Foxconn 6150/430 based mobo and Venice 3000+ with a Gig of dual channel RAM (2x512MB sticks). Use the on-board video until you can spring for a good PCI-E video card. Both of those boards already have great on-board audio and there is no need to spring for a sound card unless you are a die hard gamer and cannot stand to lose about 4 or 5 fps.

Foxconn board : http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?Item=N82E16813186086

(Of the two, I would go for the MSI board)

Venice 3000+ : http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?Item=N82E16819103537

It should be noted that for less than $20 more you can get a Venice 3200+, which appears to be the sweet spot right now for single core Athlon64s.
