Best motherboard/chipset for a P4

I am going to build a new rig soon and I was wondering what the best motherboard/chipset was. I also want to know if I should use RDRAM (PC 800 since 1066 is too expensive) or DDR.
 
Gow with DDR.

SiS and Via just came out with their new chipsets. Both of which seem to perform as well or Better than intels.

So look for the P4X400 or the NEW SiS
